Convoy Gym is a strength gym in IJburg focused on real progress. Through personal training, coaching, and structured strength training, we help you get stronger, build muscle, and perform at your best. Founded by coaches with military and engineering backgrounds, we combine expert coaching with a relaxed community. Every new member starts with a personal intake.
Most people wait until September to get back into the gym. Our members use the summer to build strength, improve technique and create momentum. By the time everyone else starts, you'll already be stronger, more confident and know exactly what you're doing. Only a limited number of new members are accepted this summer to ensure every member receives personal coaching.
